Proforma Invoice is sent to the customer before final the deal with all goods and service details such as (cost, payment, delivery detail, T&C) etc. In QuickBooks software no separate proforma form or template for users.

Here steps to Create:

• Open QuickBooks accounts
• Go to Gear icon
• Select custom form styles, under company
• Click new styles > Select Invoice
• Select Form Names
• Enter Proforma Invoice
• Click on Done
